Welcome to ProvingGround Pro.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ProvingGround Pro website, applications, classes, assessments, fellowships, mentorship programs, projects, events, talent-related services, and other programs or services we may offer (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing our website, submitting an application, registering or paying for a program, or participating in any ProvingGround Pro Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use or participate in the Services.

1. About ProvingGround Pro

ProvingGround Pro is a professional development, experiential learning, and talent evaluation platform designed to help individuals develop and demonstrate professional capabilities while providing participating organizations with opportunities to engage with and evaluate emerging talent.
ProvingGround Pro programs may include:
Program structure, subject matter, duration, pricing, instructors, mentors, participating organizations, projects, and opportunities may vary depending on the applicable Elite Track or program.

2. Eligibility and Applications

Participants must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when applying for or participating in a ProvingGround Pro program.
Certain programs may have additional eligibility requirements, prerequisites, age restrictions, geographic limitations, or selection criteria.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into an Elite Track Class or any other ProvingGround Pro program.
ProvingGround Pro reserves the right to accept or decline applications based on program requirements, capacity, suitability, and other relevant considerations, subject to applicable law.

3. The Elite Track Journey

Elite Track is intentionally structured as a progressive and selective experience.
The typical pathway is:

Elite Track Class → Elite Track Challenge → Evaluation → Potential Fellowship Invitation → Potential Internship or Career Consideration

Each stage is separate.
Advancement from one stage to another is not automatic and is never guaranteed.
Participation in, payment for, completion of, or strong performance at one stage does not create an entitlement to participate in any subsequent stage.

4. Elite Track Class

The Elite Track Class is the first stage of the Elite Track journey.
Classes are designed and delivered in collaboration with experienced industry professionals and may provide practical knowledge, real-world perspectives, industry insights, professional interaction, and exposure to how organizations and professionals approach relevant business challenges.
Class content will vary depending on the applicable industry, profession, or career track.
Enrollment in an Elite Track Class provides access only to the specific Class experience and associated components identified at registration.
Enrollment in or completion of a Class does not constitute admission to the Elite Track Fellowship.

5. The Elite Track Challenge

As part of the Elite Track Class experience, participants will complete the Elite Track Challenge, a practical exercise designed to provide an opportunity to demonstrate capabilities through application rather than credentials alone.
Depending on the applicable Track, evaluation may consider factors including:
The Elite Track Challenge forms part of the evaluation process through which participants may be considered for potential advancement.

Completion of the Elite Track Challenge does not guarantee acceptance or invitation to the Elite Track Fellowship.

Similarly, receiving positive feedback or demonstrating strong performance does not create an entitlement to Fellowship admission.
Challenge performance may be considered alongside Class engagement, professionalism, program requirements, partner requirements, cohort capacity, availability of relevant Fellowships, and other factors considered appropriate by ProvingGround Pro.

6. Elite Track Fellowship — Invitation Only

The Elite Track Fellowship is selective and available by invitation only, unless ProvingGround Pro expressly states otherwise for a particular program.
Participants cannot assume that completing an Elite Track Class or Elite Track Challenge qualifies them for Fellowship admission.
Following evaluation, ProvingGround Pro may identify a select group of participants for potential advancement based on demonstrated performance, engagement, professionalism, overall potential, program requirements, available Fellowship opportunities, participating organization requirements, and cohort capacity.
Participants selected to advance may receive an invitation to participate in an applicable Fellowship.
Any Fellowship invitation is separate from enrollment in the Elite Track Class and may be subject to additional eligibility requirements, terms, fees, schedules, or participation requirements, which will be communicated before enrollment.

Payment for an Elite Track Class does not purchase access to the Fellowship.

7. Fellowship Experience

Elite Track Fellowships may include mentorship from experienced professionals, practical assignments, team collaboration, real-world or simulated business challenges, professional feedback, presentations, and other experiential learning opportunities.
The structure and duration of each Fellowship may vary by Track and participating organization.
Where real-world projects are used, they may be based on actual business challenges, anonymized or sanitized situations, simulated scenarios, or other practical exercises appropriate to the program.
Participation in or completion of a Fellowship does not guarantee an internship, interview, employment offer, or other professional opportunity.

8. Internships, Employment and Career Opportunities

ProvingGround Pro is designed to create opportunities for participants to demonstrate capability through performance rather than relying solely on traditional indicators such as résumés, academic credentials, or interviews.
However, ProvingGround Pro does not guarantee employment outcomes.
Participation in a Class, completion of the Elite Track Challenge, admission to or completion of a Fellowship, high evaluation scores, mentor recommendations, or inclusion in a Talent Report does not guarantee:
Participating organizations retain complete discretion over their own recruitment, interviewing, selection, hiring, compensation, and employment decisions.
ProvingGround Pro may facilitate introductions or provide information about high-performing participants where appropriate and authorized, but final employment-related decisions remain exclusively with the applicable organization.

9. Program Investment and Fees

Certain ProvingGround Pro programs require payment.
For an Elite Track Class priced at US$250, unless otherwise stated during registration, the fee covers participation in:

The US$250 Class fee does not purchase or guarantee admission to the Elite Track Fellowship.

It also does not guarantee an internship, interview, employment opportunity, introduction, placement, or any other professional outcome.
If a participant is invited to an Elite Track Fellowship, any separate Fellowship fee or financial commitment will be disclosed before the participant decides whether to participate.
All applicable fees, taxes, and payment terms will be disclosed during registration or checkout.

10. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds

Cancellation, transfer, credit, and refund eligibility will be governed by the policy communicated during registration or purchase.
ProvingGround Pro may reasonably reschedule, modify, postpone, or cancel a Class, Fellowship, session, or other program because of instructor availability, partner requirements, insufficient enrollment, technical issues, or other circumstances.
If ProvingGround Pro cancels a paid program and does not provide a reasonable replacement or rescheduled offering, participants may be eligible for a refund of the applicable program fee.
Any program-specific cancellation or refund terms presented during registration will form part of these Terms.

11. Participating Organizations and Industry Professionals

ProvingGround Pro programs may involve companies, sports organizations, agencies, consulting firms, executives, mentors, instructors, speakers, subject-matter experts, or other third parties.
Participation by a company or professional in a Class, Fellowship, event, or project does not guarantee that the organization will offer internships, interviews, employment, or other opportunities to participants.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, reference to or participation by a third party does not imply endorsement, employment, agency, joint venture, or any other legal relationship with ProvingGround Pro.
Instructors, mentors, speakers, participating organizations, and projects may change based on availability or program requirements.
