The Elite Track Class is the first step in every participant’s Elite Track journey.
Designed and delivered in collaboration with experienced industry professionals, this live, interactive 90-minute session provides practical knowledge, real-world insights, and direct exposure to how leading organizations think, solve problems, and identify exceptional talent.
More importantly, the Elite Track Class serves as the gateway to the Elite Track Fellowship.
While anyone may apply to attend the Elite Track Class, admission to the Fellowship is selective and by invitation only. Throughout the experience, participants demonstrate their critical thinking, engagement, professionalism, communication skills, and overall potential. Those who distinguish themselves may be invited to advance to the next stage of the Elite Track journey.

The Elite Track Challenge is an important part of the Elite Track experience.
Following the Elite Track Class, participants will complete the Elite Track Challenge, allowing our team and participating professionals to assess how they approach real-world problems, communicate their ideas, and perform in a professional setting.
Rather than relying solely on résumés or interviews, participants complete a practical exercise that allows our team and participating professionals to observe how they think, analyze information, solve problems, and communicate their recommendations.
This challenge provides the first opportunity for participants to demonstrate their abilities through real-world application.
03 Elite Track Fellowship
The Elite Track Fellowship is not included with enrollment in the Elite Track Class.
Throughout the Elite Track experience—including participation during the live class and performance on the Elite Track Challenge—participants are evaluated based on their engagement, professionalism, critical thinking, communication skills, and overall potential.
Following the evaluation process, a select group of participants may be invited to continue to the Elite Track Fellowship, where they will receive advanced mentorship, work on real-world projects, and be considered for internship opportunities with participating organizations.
This selective process ensures that the Fellowship remains a highly personalized experience for participants who have demonstrated exceptional promise.
