The Fellowship is designed to bridge the gap between education and employment by providing immersive, real-world learning experiences alongside experienced industry professionals.
Unlike traditional internships or classroom learning, Fellows work on meaningful business challenges, receive one-on-one mentorship, and develop the skills, confidence, and professional judgment required to succeed in today’s competitive industries.
Each Fellowship is developed in collaboration with corporate partners, meaning the curriculum, projects, and mentorship experience are tailored to the specific career track and participating organization.

Duration: 6-Week Mentorship Program
Weeks 1–2
Foundations
Participants strengthen the core knowledge and professional skills required for success within their chosen career path.
Topics may include:

Sessions are led by experienced professionals from participating organizations.
Weeks 3–5
Mentorship & Applied Project

Participants may be asked to:

- Analyze business opportunities

Week 6
Final Presentation & Evaluation
Fellows present their work before a panel of mentors and industry professionals.

Outstanding Fellows may receive additional recognition and, where applicable, internship or career opportunities with participating partner organizations.
